The company have imported the national and international advanced computer-controlled double-dripping glassware production line, adopts advanced kiln automatic control system, product automatic inspection system, pipeline electrical heating and gas automatic technology, cold and hot end coating technology. It could product glassware of 20～1000g, not restricted by any shape and quantity. The company also imports the double-dripping vessel production line and automatic glass multicolor silk-screen printing line, could product different shape pressing ware, tumbler and printing glassware.
The company has established the quality assurance system according to the ISO2000:1994 standard in May, 2000, and passed the third party's verification successfully in September of the same year. As the establishment and improvement of the quality management system, the quality inspection work being institutionalized and standardized, and the product quality and service is improving continuously. The company improve the quality management system according to ISO9001:2000 standard in October,2002, and passed the third party's new verification in December,2003.
The company imported the HACCP system according to the HACCP food application rule of Codex Aliment Arius Commission in 2003. Through the test run of one year, the company passed the third party's verification successfully in November, 2004. And the company become the first one that passed the two system verification in daily-using glass line.
In March 2005, the company won the “famous trademark of Guangdong province”.
In July 2005, the company start up the management improving activity.
In 2005 and 2006, the quality index of our beer bottle has met the requirements for high-class products of GB4544-1996 standard in the inspection of General Administration of Quality Supervision, Inspection and Quarantine of the People’s Republic of China(AQSIQ).
In February 2006, our company's registered trademark (the figure trademark No. 1465078) passed the Madrid International Registration of Trademarks (Madrid system have 73 members).
In April 2006, our canned bottle won “famous brand of Chinese packing”.
In September 2006, our company won " famous brand products of Guangdong Province ".
